Sometimes the Claim button may not appear or may not work. If this happens, please try the following:
- On mobile, check if the redemption button is hidden behind the “Add Paf to Home Screen” button.
- Allow pop-up windows in your browser.
- Disable your AdBlocker.
- Clear your browser history and cookies.
- Try using a different device or browser.
