Why haven't I received a Cashback reward?

To receive a Cashback reward, you need to meet the following conditions:

  • You have an active gaming account.
  • You had net losses from slot games during the most recent week, from Wednesday at 00:00 to Tuesday at 23:59.
  • Live casino games and sports betting are not included in the Cashback calculation.
  • Deposits are not included in the Cashback calculation. The reward is based on actual net losses from eligible slot games during the Cashback week.
  • You have allowed receiving both emails and personalized messages from Pafbet. You can update these settings in your gaming account profile under communication settings. The option allowing Pafbet to use your data for sending personalized messages must be enabled.
  • You have made at least one approved deposit after registering your gaming account.

If you have lost more than €2,000 in the last 90 days, you will not receive Cashback or other similar offers. This limit supports Paf’s long-term goal of promoting responsible gaming. Cashback and other benefits are automatically activated again when your loss level drops below €2,000 during the last 90 days.
