Here are a few possible reasons why registration fails:
- you are not located in Latvia;
- you are using a proxy or VPN server;
- your device is connected to public wireless internet (Wi-Fi);
- you are using the mobile Internet of your device (3G or 4G);
- several devices are simultaneously connected to Wi-Fi (your mobile phone, tablet and laptop);
- you are using Smart-ID with Basic account level instead of Smart-ID with full access;
- you are in the national exclusion register (PIPARS) or in the Maintenance Guarantee Fund register.
Also make sure the password you choose meets the following requirements:
- contains at least 8 characters;
- contains both uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers;
- does not contain elements indicating your name, surname or e-mail address.
